We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the float pool unit, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
