Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.Internship or rotation in a relevant clinical setting.Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona.American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Preferred

Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant clinical area.2+ years of progressive experience in a clinical setting.Prior experience with electronic health records.
