Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000. Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship. Responsibilities
Work with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and others to evaluate new patients and recommend a plan of care. Provide treatments to patients focusing on increasing range of motion, strengthening, and maintaining balance during daily activities Recommend adaptive equipment and customize it as needed Perform re-evaluation assessments to update progress, status changes, etc. Document all evaluations, treatments, and any changes to the treatment plan Seek help when needed; provide support when others request it - this can include assistance with tasks, advice, mentoring, or help to obtain additional specialty certifications if you’re interested. Maintain a friendly and upbeat attitude to motivate our patients to do their best.
Qualifications

Minimum

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program  Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting  Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona American Heart Association Basic Life Support

Preferred

Master's or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area  2 years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care  Prior use of electronic health record
