Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Faith Regional Health Services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and Evaluate Care: Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to patients, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health-related topics and provide emotional support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or temporary from the State of Nebraska.
  • Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
