Make a Difference in the Lives of At-Risk Youth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Coach Counselor to join our team at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. As a Night Coach Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of our youth, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

About the Role
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to at-risk youth, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our youth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of community among our youth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in youth development and treatment.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to supporting the needs of at-risk youth.
