Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lutheran Community at Telford, a Grace Inspired Living community. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychosocial needs are met in a timely and dignified manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel.
  • Administer scheduled medications in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
  • Document pertinent information on residents, including but not limited to: 7-day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, incidents/accidents, and vital signs.
  • Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders, and prepare for physician rounds.
  • Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Attend meetings and in-services as required.

Requirements:

  • Current PA RN license.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function.
