About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lutheran Community at Telford, a Grace Inspired Living community. As an RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and psychosocial needs of our residents are met in a timely and dignified manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting pertinent information.
  • Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel and participating in admission assessments, transfers, and physician rounds.
  • Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel and attend meetings and in-services as required.
  • Count narcotics with the off-going nurse and participate in the medication reconciliation process.
