Key Responsibilities:- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of installations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the installation process, working closely with project teams to resolve problems efficiently.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with installers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily punch reports, job site deliveries, and inventory management.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all installation and warehouse activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.
- Experience: 7-10 years of flooring experience, preferably with installation experience.
- Leadership: Ability to manage multiple crews and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, IPAD, Measure Square, Flooring Software, and Blueprints.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift and carry 40+ lbs, and operate forklift and other equipment.
