Host/Hostess Opportunity

Job Overview:

NoGigiddy is seeking a professional and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team for on-demand roles at various dining and entertainment establishments. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet guests as they arrive, provide information about the establishment, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Reservation Management: Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seat guests in an efficient manner.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
  • Ambiance and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station and lobby area.
  • Supportive Role: Assist with other duties as needed, such as setting tables or offering beverages to waiting guests.


Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, with a flexible attitude to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professionalism: A warm, welcoming personality and a professional appearance are required.
