We are looking for a highly motivated Agile Technical Lead - Data Analytics to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Data and Analytics team in delivering high-quality products.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and agile methodologies, with experience in leading teams and ensuring seamless feature delivery in production.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Data and Analytics team in delivering high-quality products.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development.
- Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of proven experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with Atlassian suite tools.
We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on experience.
