We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Scientist/Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at TriCore Reference Laboratories. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing moderate to high complexity laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures under direct or general supervision, as required.
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Meet one of the following educational requirements:
  • Associate of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent education and training.
  • Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certification, such as ASCP or equivalent.
