We are seeking a skilled Composite Boat Builder to join our Production and R&D team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building uncrewed surface vehicles using pre-preg, infusion, wet/vacuum bag lamination techniques, and other advanced composite materials. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our vehicles.

• Design and build composite structures for uncrewed surface vehicles
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate composite components into vehicle systems
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards

• 1+ years of experience in composite boat building or a related field
• Strong knowledge of pre-preg, infusion, wet/vacuum bag lamination techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Marine experience
• Carpentry or auto bodywork/painting experience
• Certified rigger training
