Job Description
- As the primary point of contact for customers, you will ensure seamless communication throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
- You will prepare accurate estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer guidelines and Classic Collision standards.
- Effective partnership with insurance companies is crucial in managing claims and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles are essential aspects of this role.
- Closely collaborate with technicians to confirm all damage elements are identified and accurately assessed.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores by consistently meeting or exceeding company standards.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to ensure work meets our high standards.
- Pursue additional responsibilities as assigned to contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills are essential for successful collaboration with customers, insurance partners, and internal teams.
- Prior collision estimating experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with estimating systems like CCC1 is beneficial.
- I-CAR / ASE certification is highly valued.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
