Estimated Salary

The salary range for this position is commission based and dependent on expected sales volume, estimated between $40K to $110K per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Collision Damage Assessor to join our team. As the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process, you will be responsible for preparing estimates according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines, managing customer claims, maintaining communication with customers, and coordinating with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.">
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.">
• Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.">
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.">
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.">
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.">
• Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.">

Qualifications:

• ">
• Must be at least 18 years of age.">
• Valid Driver's License Required.">
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.">
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.">
• Familiarity with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.">
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.">
• Strong organizational skills.">
• Successful completion of background check required.">
