Job Responsibilities:
• Execute service, repair, and customization tasks in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Deliver prompt, reliable, and high-quality vehicle service to both internal and external clients.
• Complete repair assignments within the designated time frame.
• Continuously enhance efficiency skills.
• Maintain productivity levels (time spent on billable tasks) as close to 100% as feasible.
• Accept work assignments from the Service Writer/Manager.
• Request necessary parts.
• Ensure accurate completion and filing of service documentation.
• Keep workspaces as tidy as possible and assist colleagues in maintaining shop cleanliness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Completion of a factory-authorized training program, such as MMI Service School, or equivalent experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid Motorcycle license is required.
