We are currently in search of a Behavioral Support Specialist to join our compassionate team. This role involves working closely with adults facing developmental, physical, and psychiatric challenges in both Day Program and community environments. The Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting young adults as they engage in vocational and recreational activities within the community. Flexibility in hours is required.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, Special Education, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience supporting adults with disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
