Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk computer system and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with package delivery, mail, and messages as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a clean and organized work area and overall cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel and grounds.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and/or short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to use logic to define problems, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and interpret information.
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
