VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Associate. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to members and guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized cafe area, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve cafe goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge



Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
