Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed individual to oversee and enhance our Women's Club Rugby team. This role entails planning and managing training sessions, fostering skill advancement, and ensuring the well-being of all participants. As the Women's Club Rugby Coach, you will collaborate closely with the Club Sports management and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate skill enhancement for college athletes across various experience levels
- Design and implement safe and effective training sessions
- Guide and mentor club members during practices and competitions
- Attend all team practices and matches
- Respond to emergencies by administering First-Aid, CPR, and AED as necessary
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Background in coaching or playing rugby
- Dependable, adaptable, and trustworthy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain First-Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Borne Pathogen certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
