A dynamic opportunity awaits an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Memphis metropolitan area.

About the Role

This RN-Nurse Practitioner Float Pool position offers a unique chance to provide high-quality patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals in various settings. As a key member of our team, you will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manage illnesses and diseases.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop plans of care within your scope of practice, utilizing written protocols to ensure quality patient care.
  2. Utilize prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in accordance with state/federal laws and regulations.
  3. Enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.
  4. Interact with and contribute to the professional development of peers and colleagues.
  5. Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning.
Requirements
  • Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience functioning in the nurse practitioner role in a primary care setting.
  • Licensure: RN licensure is mandatory.
  • Special Skills: Computer literacy is essential.
