Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities that expand school day learning in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents, and other observations.
  • Deliver our curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building activities.
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being, and attention of all children.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs.
  • Drive to inspire a love of learning and commitment to healthy living.
