Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering our dynamic daily curriculum, engaging children in academic and social character-building activities, and supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize program materials, document attendance, incidents, and observations
  • Deliver engaging lessons and activities that expand school day learning
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
  • Experience working with children under 13 years of age
  • College credits in early childhood education, child development, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and meet state-specific requirements
