We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assigned nursing procedures to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on all assigned patients.
- Assist physicians with examinations and tests as needed.
- Provide direct bedside care to patients, including respiratory services, rehabilitation services, and phlebotomy.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CPR-BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- One year of experience in an acute care inpatient environment preferred.
- Patient Care Tech/Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.

Covid vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
