We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal III to join our team at Cochise County, AZ. As a Paralegal III, you will assist attorneys with researching legal questions, preparing drafts of motions and pleadings, conducting interviews and investigations, and participating in trial and pre-trial strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys with researching legal questions and preparing drafts of motions and pleadings.
  • Conduct interviews and investigations, and participate in trial and pre-trial strategy.
  • Prepare discovery requests and answers, and coordinate educational activities.
Requirements
  • Law Degree from an accredited ABA school.
  • Ability to sit for the next available Arizona Bar Exam following hire.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and the ability to be covered by county insurance.
Work Environment

The work is primarily performed under direct supervision of an attorney or supervisor. The incumbent generally performs work in a typical office setting with appropriate climate controls.

Physical Requirements

The essential functions of this position require lifting, manual dexterity, and the ability to communicate.
