Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

Per Diem Patient Care Monitor/Greeter
Health Care Resource Center is seeking a respectful and vigilant Patient Care Monitor/Greeter to maintain overall safety and order of the clinic facility. The Patient Care Monitor/Greeter may also provide backup coverage to the receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the protection of all employees and patients
- Verify patient identification before entry
- Manage waiting lines and crowd control
- Report critical incidents and cooperate with authorities as needed
- Respond to calls for assistance and maintain order
- Document incidents and maintain a safe environment
- Perform security checks and maintain professional attire
- Provide receptionist coverage as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- High school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in an office/clinic setting
- Training from a law enforcement school or other security training is preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to establish a positive rapport with patients
- Satisfactory drug screen and background check
COVID-19 Considerations:
Compliance with the most recent COVID guidelines from CDC, State, County, and City is required.
