Bethany Home Inc is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cooked-to-order foods in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the serving staff to ensure the quality of products served and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for stocking and re-stocking supplies, safely operating and cleaning equipment, and performing general and deep-cleaning kitchen duties.

We offer a competitive starting wage and a full benefit package for staff who work a scheduled shift of 60 hours biweekly or more. This includes health, dental, vision, 403B, life insurance, short-term disability, paid time off, and an on-site fitness center.

Shift times are flexible, with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN (as needed) shifts. We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
