We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Bethany Home Inc. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cooked-to-order foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This includes communicating with serving staff, ensuring the quality of products served, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of foods to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Communicate effectively with serving staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to department and facility policies and procedures
  • Stock and re-stock supplies in assigned areas
  • Safely operate, clean, and sanitize equipment and work spaces

Shift Times:

Qualifications:

  • No prior long-term care experience is necessary, as we will provide training to the right candidate
