Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our restaurant's back-of-house operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring food quality meets our brand expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including inventory control, labor management, and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks, servers, and other staff members to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a kitchen manager in a full-service restaurant or similar environment.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
