Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Safety and Security Professional to join our team at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and responding to incidents and disturbances within the hospital. You will also patrol hospital buildings and grounds to ensure the safety of patients and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security-related incidents.
  • Monitor access control systems, fire alarms, and video surveillance.
  • Provide escorts and support to staff members as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent security-related incidents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • IAHSS Basic certification.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
