Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to patient inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
  • Manage patient records, including updating medical files and collecting necessary information
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
  • Provide administrative support to veterinary care providers
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of reception and exam rooms
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Basic arithmetic skills, including ability to balance cash and make change
  • Typing proficiency, 40WPM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Long periods of standing, walking, and sitting
