We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RN Resident to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of experienced preceptors and mentors.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a comprehensive residency program that includes structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experience
- Work closely with preceptors and mentors to develop clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient-focused, whole-person care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
