  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew members, management, and guests.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
