- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including increasing sales, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop crew members, including providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including interviewing and selecting new crew members.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crew members, management, and guests.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
