Job Title: Travel Nurse RN PACU

Job Description:

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN for a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year of PICU or ICU experience and 1 year of phase 1 experience in a mixed peds/adult PACU at a level 1 trauma hospital
  • AZ License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • Trauma level 1, Pediatrics & Adult care, Central line care/management, IV vasopressors, Care of Ventilated patients, Chest tube management, Malignant Hyperthermia Protocols skills
  • Electronic Documentation required
  • Trauma Level I Experience required

Preferred Certs:

  • TNCC

Preferred Experience:

  • Teaching Hospital Experience
  • Weekend shifts

Other Details:

  • Position: PACU RN – 60% Adults 40% Peds
  • Ratios: 1:2 Days/Nights/Weekends
  • Pt Age Group: Neonates-Geriatrics
  • Local Rate: $85 Min Years of Exp: 1 year PICU OR ICU and 1 year of phase 1 experience in a mixed peds/adult PACU at a level 1 trauma hospital
