Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on Sherwin-Williams products.
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
  • Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, suggesting ways to improve sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Retrieve and stock products, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and load/unload delivery trucks.
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products, operating tinting and mixing equipment.
