  • Equipment Management: Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
  • Culture of Safety: Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and the Rig Manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operations.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, maintenance, and safety, to ensure that all aspects of the drilling operation are aligned and supported.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Senior Toolpusher with mandatory experience in 2500HP and above in deep drilling operations.
  • Certifications: Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC) and safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Commitment: Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
