Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in coordinating workers, materials, and equipment. They will ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Review project details to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • C coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Monitor work progress daily and plan ahead to prevent problems
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in construction management
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and means
  • Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant rules and regulations
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management
  • Familiarity with construction/project management software
