Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Engage Children: Ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care, while also creating a fun and interactive environment through various activities.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver a high level of customer service to all members, including children and their guardians, and effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Facilitate Activities and Events: Plan and execute engaging activities and events for children, including games, arts and crafts, and other fun experiences.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for children and their guardians.
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid and AED Certification: Possess current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
  • Patience and Communication Skills: Demonstrate patience and strong communication skills when interacting with children and their guardians.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Show a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
