NetSuite Administrator/Systems Analyst
Job Summary:The NetSuite Administrator/Systems Analyst will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the NetSuite ERP System in collaboration with our implementation partner.
This role requires a strong background in operations, finance, and general system administration.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in defining future system functionality, leveraging ERP expertise, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing integrations between internal and external systems using EDI, Web Services, and 3rd party tools such as Celigo.
- Researching transactional issues and user errors; identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
- Performing functional configuration, initial setup, and maintenance for systems based on changing operational and business needs.
- Collaborating with NetSuite implementation partner and contractors, actively participating in the ERP/WMS migration.
- Creating documentation including policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides.
- Conducting user training from go-live and beyond to ensure an educated user base.
- Gathering data and analyzing business and user needs in consultation with business managers and end-users to implement functional requirements.
- Designing and implementing financial and logistics systems, including projects to improve Warehouse Management, Inventory Tracking, Demand Planning, and financial analysis using Hyperion-like tools.
- Ensuring Roles, Governance, and Security within the NetSuite environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in NetSuite Administration & Security (experience in initial setup and migrations is a plus).
- Extensive knowledge of all NetSuite Modules including Financials, Inventory & Warehouse Management, MRP, WMS, Reporting, Dashboards, Analytics, etc.
- Additional experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to work with individuals of varying backgrounds and technical expertise.
- Ability to understand the user journey and provide effective solutions and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
