Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Manager to join our team at Acuity International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of daily travel needs for our clients and staff, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve travel-related issues and concerns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, ensuring their travel needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, making recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel operations, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience working in a global organization or with international clients.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English.
  • Certifications in travel management or logistics.
