This role is a long-term opportunity in new home sales, ideal for seasoned sales professionals or licensed real estate brokers. All properties developed by MonteVista Homes are marketed through our dedicated sales team, with commissions awarded for each successful transaction. We pride ourselves on being one of the leading new home builders in the region, actively developing new residential communities and constructing numerous award-winning, affordable homes.

Location Insight: The Columbia Basin, where Hermiston, Oregon is situated, is recognized as one of the fastest-growing regions in the state and a prime agricultural hub in the USA. The area is witnessing significant job growth, bolstered by Opportunity Zones and Enterprise Zones that attract new businesses, manufacturing, and distribution centers.

Candidate Profile: We seek a motivated individual who is committed to achieving long-term success in their career.

Compensation Structure: This position operates on a 100% commission basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a tech-savvy, accomplished sales expert with exceptional communication abilities, a positive mindset, and a strong drive for success, all while aiming for a lucrative income.
  • Our sales agents receive specialized training in new home sales and consistently achieve six-figure earnings.
  • Recent years have set record sales benchmarks, and the outlook for future sales remains exceptionally promising.
Qualifications:
  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years in sales is essential.
  • Eligibility to obtain an Oregon Real Estate license is mandatory.
