Job ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and efficient scheduling.
  • Assist patients with registration and insurance verification processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication, promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in practice management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems, with a strong understanding of data management and confidentiality protocols.
