Unit Manager RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager/Director - RN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and promoting a culture of excellence within our nursing unit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for an assigned nursing unit.
- Ensure that patient care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on assigned nursing units.
- Manage human resources in assigned units, including limiting the use of overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.

Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
