Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Adams Memorial Hospital. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, working closely with our nursing team to ensure the highest level of care and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily resident care, customizing care plans to meet individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with bathing, feeding, and other daily living activities
  • Pass trays, make beds, and assist with ambulation, I&O, weights, and vital signs
  • Chart care given to residents and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Valid CNA license in the State of Indiana
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, second shift, including every other weekend
