Compensation:
$22.50 per hour, with an additional $1.15 per hour for shift differentials

Shift Schedule:
5th Shift: Friday and Saturday from 11 pm to 11 am, plus two 8-hour shifts during the week

Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the finished products meet the established quality standards. Your duties will include:

1. Inspecting finished goods for conformity with quality specifications.
2. Conducting tests to identify non-visible product defects.
3. Accepting products that meet specifications and rejecting those that do not.
4. Ensuring that all testing instruments are functioning correctly.

Additionally, you will:

5. Perform a variety of tests on finished products to verify quality within the specified performance range.
6. Alert operators and supervisors of any deviations for prompt resolution.
7. Test raw materials for consistency when necessary.
8. Reject all non-conforming products and place questionable items on hold for further evaluation by the appropriate personnel.
9. Assist operators and floor personnel in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
10. Complete all quality assurance documentation accurately and legibly.
11. Maintain the cleanliness of the quality assurance laboratory.
12. Communicate effectively with previous and subsequent shifts regarding product quality and ongoing work status.
13. Record work hours accurately.
14. Participate in the training of new associates on basic quality assurance procedures.
15. Attend required meetings and safety programs.
