Position Type: Full-time Field Role

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical repair roles
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Expertise in the maintenance and repair of large-scale equipment
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals
  • Dependable personal transportation
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area
  • Physical capability to work at ground level and lift weights up to 50 pounds

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with X-ray technology is a plus
  • Knowledge in electrical wiring, testing instruments, and troubleshooting
  • Educational background in electronic or mechanical technology, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Google & Microsoft)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting repairs and maintenance for clients across the United States
  • Engaging with customers in a timely and professional manner regarding diagnostics and scheduling
  • Identifying electrical or mechanical faults on-site
  • Generating detailed reports on findings for analysis
  • Occasional visits to the corporate headquarters
