About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer to join our team at Slalom. As a key member of our Salesforce Industries Global practice, you will be responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise in advanced business analysis, needs assessments, and configuration of apps will be invaluable in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients and senior analysts to gather business requirements
Develop custom and out of the box solutions using Salesforce Communications Cloud functionality (Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, APEX, Industries CPQ and Order Management etc.)
Participate in the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment. Additionally, provide technical documents for reference/maintenance.
Collaborate with team for code review and unit testing.
Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation and application bug fixes.

Requirements

1+ years of Salesforce Lightning Platform, preferably Communications Cloud including at least one of the following: Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components, Industries CPQ, Order Management, Screen flows etc.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce development, including Lightning Components, APEX, SOQL, or SOSL
A minimum of 3 years of year experience with web application development, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Working knowledge of development tools, including APEX Data loader or Workbench
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $96,000-177,000. For the Senior Consultant role, the base salary pay range is $110,000 - $203,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
