Primary Care Physician Opportunities

This per diem role offers flexibility and autonomy, with 8-23 patient care hours available per week. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, collaborate with colleagues, and utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with a wide range of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in an outpatient setting.
- Utilize your skills to treat patients in-office and occasionally conduct telehealth visits.
- Prioritize ongoing collaboration with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams.
- Leverage your training to perform in-office procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
- At least two years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting within the past five years.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Alternatively, must be Board Eligible or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
- State licensure in California prior to start date.

This hourly role is based in San Jose, CA, with a competitive hourly rate of $177.00. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation may be considered for candidates exceeding specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package includes benefits.
