Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Volleyball Coach to join our team at Huerta Middle School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the volleyball team, developing and implementing coaching strategies, and promoting a positive and supportive team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the volleyball team and develop coaching strategies to promote student success
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with district and school goals
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and athletic goals
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a positive and supportive team culture
  • Attend coaching meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
  • Appropriate California Teaching Credential (Non-Certificated applicants may apply under the California Administrative Code Section)
  • Successful coaching experience
  • CPR & First Aid certification
  • Familiarity with the Code of Ethical Conduct published by the California Interscholastic Federation
