Job Summary: The Assistant Manager will provide leadership and support to staff at the program, ensuring the highest quality of care and services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide encouraging support to individuals with developmental disabilities through daily life challenges
  • Work as a highly responsible team member to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Assist in the supervision of staff and provide guidance on best practices
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement program plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 18 Years of Age
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Driving Record
