Position Summary
We are seeking a Parts Operations Supervisor to become a vital member of our dynamic parts center team.

In this role, you will oversee a variety of responsibilities including managing service technicians and monitoring inventory levels. Your negotiation expertise will be essential in securing optimal pricing for inventory while maintaining a steady equilibrium between supply and demand. To excel in this position, you should be exceptionally organized and possess comprehensive knowledge of parts management. You will lead and supervise the parts department staff, as well as address customer inquiries regarding parts and facilitate shipping to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers upon their arrival at the facility
  • Establish a professional atmosphere that fosters rapport and reassures customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries about parts, specifications, and related processes
  • Utilize CRM software to manage a customer database that will support sales initiatives
  • Employ strong negotiation techniques to finalize sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary
  • Previous sales experience in a parts environment is advantageous

  • Capability to manage time effectively and assist customers with minimal supervision
